Girls' Spring Track & Field

Our Legacy

Competitors of all levels are encouraged to join girls’ track & field as a full-roster of coaches work daily with runners and field athletes to develop technique, stamina, and race strategy. The team competes in Inter-Ac meets and invitationals, the Penn Relays, and the Inter-Ac, Delco, and PAISAA Championships. Each season, student-athletes qualify and compete in New Balance Outdoor Nationals. The girls have won multiple Inter-Ac titles and have recently set school and state records in the 100m, 100mHH  400m, 3200m, 4x100m relay, High Jump and  Long Jump. Student-athletes have continued to compete at Penn, Harvard, Rice, and American University.
