Combatting Racism and Discrimination in Our School

The Episcopal Academy is committed to combatting systemic racism and eliminating all forms of discrimination and harassment from our school. Many current and former students, who care deeply about their alma mater, have come forward to share incidents of discrimination, oppression, and hatred they experienced at EA. Their stories show that the EA community has fallen short of our mission, and that we have work to do to live up to our values.

As a school, we commit to act swiftly and aggressively to confront and eliminate injustice and inequity across our institution. We must work together to ensure that EA is an inclusive community where all students are respected, regardless of their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual identity, or anything else.

Members of the EA community are encouraged to check this page regularly for updates.
