Upper School singers Jack Cellucci '24 and Lucia Forte '26 joined other talented musicians for the annual American Choral Directors Association SSAA Honors Choir event.
"They were selected among hundreds of audition submissions from high schools around the East Coast," explained Music Director Jim Erwin. "This provided an outstanding experience for Jack and Lucia, singing in a 200-voice choir directed by the renowned conductor, Dr. Jan Taylor."
Thousands of choir directors and choral teachers from around the country were in attendance. "Everyone was inspired by the rich tone color, enchanting dynamics, and great diversity of repertoire," said Mr. Erwin.
The event took place at the Veterans Memorial Auditorium on March 2 in Providence, Rhode Island.
