After being nominated for 11 Cappies earlier this month, the cast and crew of The Domino Club's fall play, The 39 Steps, took home four Cappies at the end-of-year Cappies Gala on Sunday, May 21.
"This year, there were 25 independent and public area schools that were part of the Greater Philadelphia Cappies Program," said Theatre and Dance Department Chair Dan Clay, Hon. "We received 11 nominations and took home four Cappies, the biggest being for play of the year. This is Episcopal's 4th time winning this award, and I'm really proud of the whole cast and crew. It's very rewarding to see how much the hard work and long hours the students put in have paid off!"
The 2023 Episcopal Cappies winners include:

- Lindsay Knight '24 (Comic Actress)
- Will Esterhai '24 (Comic Actor) — Winner of this award for the second consecutive year!
