"Pride and Prejudice" Earns 13 Cappies Nominations

EA has been nominated for an incredible 13 Greater Philadelphia Cappies for the Domino Club's fall production of Pride and Prejudice.

"I thought this production was one of our best, and I'm happy to see that the work of our cast and crew is being recognized with these nominations!" said Theatre Department Chair Dan Clay, Hon.

"I'm particularly proud of the ensemble and play nominations because they speak to the collaborative aspects of the production, and of course, I'm proud of all the individual nominees!" Mr. Clay exclaimed. 

The 2026 Cappies Awards and Gala was held on Sunday, May 31, at Upper Darby High School, and EA proudly walked away with three Cappies, including Outstanding 11th Grade Critic (Danity Pike), Featured Actor in a Female Role (Parvathi Balakrishnan), and Lead Actor in a Female Role (Sam Slye).
