With more than 300 career saves as the starting varsity goalie, junior Grace Holland is leaving her mark on EA girls' lacrosse.
"I had no idea that it was my 300th save. I knew I was on pace to reach the milestone, but I had no clue if I had already hit it or still had to, it’s never really been something on my mind, especially during the game!" said Grace. "The actual save however came off of a great forced shot from my defense which allowed me to get my body behind the ball and make the save towards the end of the game." Grace has been named Main Line Athlete of the Week.
Grace says communication is the key to the success of the team's powerful and intimidating defense. "I like to think of communication as the glue of our D, and between me and our D."
