Annual All-School Can Drive: Nov. 4-26

The annual school-wide Can Drive kicked off on Monday, Nov. 4.

Students are encouraged to collect and donate various non-perishable food items and household goods that will be distributed among EA community partners.

Community partners and requested items are assigned by division and grade levels.

"Thank you in advance for the many ways you will be exhibiting the Stripes of Generosity, Kindness, and Gratitude throughout this coming month," shared Middle School Chaplain Michael Palmisano. "All donations have a real impact."

The Can Drive runs until Tuesday, Nov. 26. Donations can be dropped off at division locations listed below. On Super Sunday, Nov. 17, contributions can be brought to the Chapel from 1-3 p.m. There will not be a Turkey Collection this year.

"The impact of the annual EA Can Drive is widespread and very important for our community partners," said Head Chaplain Tim Gavin, Hon. "Every donation helps someone in need."

Lower School Community Partners:

Requested items include canned goods, cereal, and protein products. Donations can be dropped off in students' homerooms.

Lower School students will learn more about this important EA tradition on Monday, Nov. 4, when Paul Barrett from the St. James School Welcome Table speaks in Chapel. On Tuesday, Nov. 5,  PreK, Kindergarten, and 1st graders will learn about the needs and partnership with the Chester County Food Bank.
