An excellent student and athlete during her time at EA, Elizabeth lettered in basketball and lacrosse, the latter of which earned her induction to the EA Athletic Hall of Fame in 2015. After EA, she received her B.S. in biology from St. Bonaventure University, where she lettered for two years on the women's lacrosse team. She also has a B.A. in sociology from James Madison University. Liz served in the Army National Guard for eight years before joining EcoLab in 2018, where she is a Corporate Account Manager for the Institutional division. She is responsible for calling on local, growing, and emerging chains in the Mideast (Philadelphia) market.
Elizabeth has been with EcoLab for five years, and during her tenure, she has proven to be a successful leader of field sales development through multiple districts in the East Coast Area. Aside from leading her team to success, Elizabeth is a member of EcoLab’s Black Leader’s Forum mentoring program, the Chief of Staff and Field Engagement in the MERGE ERG, a mentor for college interns before they transition into an Inside Sales role with the company and is a co-lead for EcoLab’s E3 Leadership Development Exchange (LDE). In March 2023, Elizabeth received the Women’s Foodservice Forum Change Maker award for EcoLab. She has also used her platform to advocate for other former servicemembers transitioning into civilian careers.
During most of her eight-year tenure in the Army, Elizabeth held a General Manager position in the fitness industry; specifically, hiring, training, and developing talent, while building the club’s membership base and exceeding monthly sales goals. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys watching professional football and basketball, bike riding, volunteering, and traveling. As an avid leader of change, she hopes to continue building highly successful teams and lifting others as she climbs.
