Nine senior student-athletes were recognized on Friday, Nov. 13 for their commitment to continue playing their sport at the collegiate level.
"I hope what you have learned has given you the tools and resources to be successful. This is the next chapter in your life and I know what you learned here and what you learned from your coaches will prepare you for the future," said Athletic Director Todd Fairlie, Hon.
The first round of students to sign their Letter of Intent included:
- Sofia Acosta/Field Hockey/Penn State University
- Billy Adams/Lacrosse/United State Military Academy West Point
- Jack Christian/Swimming/Duke University
- Will Delaney/Lacrosse/Hofstra University
- Reilly Dugan/Lacrosse/Villanova University
- Alex Geczy/Soccer/University of Massachusetts
- Lauren Jones/Golf/University of Richmond
- Kelly Smith/Field Hockey/University of North Carolina
- Madison Vetterlein/Lacrosse/Boston University
In keeping with NCAA guidelines, signing events will also be held in December and in the spring.
