The EA boys' track and field team earned medals in six events at this year's PAISAA State Championship meet.
The top seven in each event earn medals and points.
"Overall, the boys' finished 6th out of 17 schools. It was a good showing by the whole team, and a really great day for our senior captains," explained coach Zach Richards. "In the last meet of their high school careers, Jack Bush PR'd in the Long Jump and finished 3rd in an incredibly strong 100m field. Chris Zimmerman finished 2nd in the 400m. Together, they both anchored a 4x400m that won gold at the end of the meet. It was a great way for them to finish their careers at EA!"
EA PAISAA Results:
100m: Jack Bush finished 3rd and Malcolm Folk finished 4th
400m: Chris Zimmerman finished 2nd
4x400m Relay: CJ Jones, Malcolm Folk, Jack Bush, and Chris Zimmerman finished 1st
High Jump: Michael Agbeye finished 3rd
Long Jump: Jack Bush finished 4th (PR of 21-8)
Pole Vault: Peter Lim finished 2nd
