Senior Mary Cipperman has been selected Main Line Student of the Week.
Over the summer, Mary researched voter access legislation in Pennsylvania and the United States through EA's Lilley Fellowship program.
"Using my grant money, I founded a nonpartisan youth advocacy group called NOYA (The National Organization for Youth Activists) to promote voting rights and youth activism," explained Mary. "I spent the summer developing social media platforms and partnerships with activism organizations before developing a website (activismyouth.com), a voter registration portal, and activism resources."
Mary is also the president of the Creative Writing Club, is a member of the Mock Trial Team, and runs cross country.
