We will adjust our visitor policy throughout the year, based on the level of risk to our community. Currently, we will welcome a limited number of visitors with some restrictions. To protect our students and employees, we want to avoid indoor interactions with visitors during the school day. We kindly request that all parents respect and follow our current visitor guidelines:
- All visitors must comply with EA's COVID-19 protocols when on campus.
- Masks are required indoors and optional outdoors.
- Visitors are permitted in outdoor spaces, Dixon Athletic Center, and Sherrerd Alumni House.
- Visitors are only permitted in Crawford Campus Center before 11 a.m. or after 1:30 p.m.
- Visitors are only permitted in academic buildings and the Class of 1944 Chapel before 7:30 a.m. or after 4 p.m.
