Leverage various communications channels to educate and inform EA’s many constituent groups about the school’s efforts to ensure an inclusive community.
In recent years, we have primarily focused on educating current parents and students about student-related DEI programming and initiatives taking place across our campus. We recognize that members of our broader community, including alumni, past parents, prospective families, and our local community at large, share great interest in learning more about our commitment to ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all. Moving forward, we will aim to broaden our reach and share with all constituent groups updates on our growth and the ways we are measuring progress.

EA’s Office of DEI is thrilled to offer new education and affinity opportunities for Episcopal Academy parents and caregivers as part of our commitment to belonging: SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity), EA's Asian Identifying Families Group, and EA's Black Identifying Families Group.
