Whether you're rooting for the girls taking home the Banner or the boys claiming the Sweater, we hope you'll join us in celebrating our school at EA/Haverford/AIS Weekend. These fun events are more than two days of friendly competition — they are incredible next chapters of an historic tradition.

EA/Haverford/AIS Weekend 2019 will take place at The Episcopal Academy.

AIS Day: Friday, Nov. 8

12:30 p.m. Tennis
1 p.m. Cross Country
1:30 p.m. Soccer*

Haverford Day: Saturday, Nov. 9

Jeans, T-shirts, cargo shorts and pants are prohibited for men. Halters, tank tops, low-neck shirts without a collar and sleeves, jeans, biking shorts, short shorts, cargo shorts and slacks and spandex clothing of any kind are prohibited for women. Men must remove sports hats, caps and visors in the clubhouse except in the locker rooms and golf shop.)

Maps & Parking

Drop-off and Pickup
EA families should use the Middle School Circle for drop-off and pick-up during the weekend events.
All visitors should enter campus through the main entrance off of Rt. 252. The section of Bishop White Drive in front of the stadium will be closed to all traffic on Saturday from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. Consult the map below for more information.

Campus Safety and Facilities personnel will direct you to available parking areas on campus. Please enter through the main entrance of Rt. 252 on Saturday. Parking is prohibited along Rt. 252 or the surrounding secondary roads.

Conduct Guidelines

EA/Haverford/AIS Behavior guidelines:

  • Tailgating, smoking, vaping, and consuming alcohol on campuses are strictly prohibited.
  • Noisemakers, megaphones, and provocative signs are prohibited from all contests.
  • Officials must be treated with respect at all times.
  • Abusive language, which includes taunting, is prohibited at all contests.
  • Pets are prohibited on campus.
  • Anyone (coach, player, or spectator) who violates any of the above-mentioned guidelines will be removed from campus.
