Schedule Your Visit

Families can apply to Episcopal Academy online, and most admission process steps remain easy and convenient during this period of school closure.

However, as a student or parent visit to campus may not always be possible during this period, we have a special means for completing this step through these temporary circumstances.

Student Visit

While we will not have shadow days through this period, we have adjusted that program to continue to book student phone and/or Skype interviews.

Lower School Families: Student sessions should be scheduled by contacting Amy Walling awalling@episcopalacademy.org (PreK and K), or Anna Slack aslack@episcopalacademy.org (grades 1-5).

Middle & Upper School Families: Student interviews should be scheduled by contacting Michele Mammele at 484-424-1449 or mammele@episcopalacademy.org. Michele will arrange Skype or phone interviews at your convenience.

Student interviews are intended to be conversational and informative. We encourage you to bring enthusiasm and your questions to our talks on the phone or through Skype!

Parent Visit

Though parent visits to campus may not always be possible, we have a few special accommodations to work through these temporary circumstances.

Lower School Families: Parent interviews should be scheduled by contacting Amy Walling awalling@episcopalacademy.org (PreK and K) or Anna Slack aslack@episcopalacademy.org (grades 1-5).

Middle & Upper School Families: Parent interviews should be scheduled by contacting Michele Mammele at 484-424-1449 or mammele@episcopalacademy.org. Michele will arrange parents’ Skype or phone interviews at your convenience.

All Families: During this online meeting, we will discuss your educational goals for your child, learn more about his/her interests, and answer any questions.

We do prefer that every interested family experience our program as closely as possible as they complete the application. This typically involves a tour. Both students and parents can get a close look at EA online through our Virtual Tour.

Once you have booked your parent visits, we ask that you review as many of the components of our virtual tour as you wish in advance of our interviews together.
