Summer Resources

Health forms must be completed in our Magnus Health online database by August 15.

• Access Magnus Health by logging into your Parent Portal and clicking on the Magnus Health button. If you are not automatically logged in, please use the same login information you use to access the Parent Portal.

The following forms should be entered:

• Student Health Record
• Over-the-Counter Medication
• Physical Examination including Immunizations: Immunization information will carry over automatically for current EA families
• Dental: Required for grades 1,3, and 7
• Administration of Medication
• Food Allergy Action Plan
• PA Department of Health’s Sudden Cardiac Arrest Information Sheet: Required for Middle and Upper Schoolers
• Impact testing: New families and rising 7th, 9th, and 11th grade families will receive information about impact testing after the close of school

Beginning in July, MBS Direct will show a complete list of textbooks that Middle and Upper School families must purchase. Please allow enough time for delivery so books arrive before the first day of school. A free shipping promotion will be offered in August.

Not every subject has a book listed to order. If a subject is not listed, the instructor will provide those texts in class. Please contact your division with any questions. To order by phone, call 1-800-325-3252.

Coaches will send families preseason schedules in mid-summer. As of mid-July, many Team Pages have been updated as well.

Lower School: Lower School students need only a traditional, non-roller backpack. Names should be permanently affixed to all items belonging to each student.

Middle School: Download the supply list.

Upper School: All students enrolled in a math course will need a TI-84, TI-84 PLUS, or TI-84 PLUS Silver Edition graphing calculator.
