Student Support

Learning Support

Two dedicated math and reading specialists work closely with Lower School students who need extra help with mathematics or literacy concepts.

Additionally, some assessments and services such as Speech and Language and psycho-educational testing are available to families at EA through the Delaware County Intermediate Unit and/or your home school district. Neither testing nor remedial instruction can be given without the prior written consent of parents. If a child is approved for either program, s/he meets with the specialist at a time(s) during the week approved by the homeroom teacher.

Emotional Support

Episcopal has a full-time child psychologist dedicated to the Lower School who serves as a resource for families and work closely with students who are encountering emotional challenges.
