About Our School

Challenging and nurturing tomorrow’s bold leaders since 1785.

From its humble beginnings as a one-room schoolhouse for boys in Philadelphia over two centuries ago, The Episcopal Academy has transformed into a coeducational community that provides boys and girls every opportunity to succeed through innovative curriculum, dedicated faculty, and room to explore on our 123-acre, state-of-the-art campus.

The Episcopal Academy fosters a love of learning, leadership, and service in its students. Graduates are prepared for success at top universities and beyond, and our global alumni network includes leaders in medicine and business to award-winning authors, directors, and athletes.

Enduring Values
