An Evening with Dr. Frances Jensen
Please join us in the Crawford Campus Center's Annenberg Memorial Library on Monday, Apr. 29 at 7-8:30 p.m. for an exciting evening with Dr. Frances Jensen, University of Pennsylvania pediatric neurologist and author of New York Times bestselling book The Teenage Brain: A Neuroscientist's Survival Guide to Raising Adolescents and Young Adults.
New research is revealing that nicotine, alcohol, marijuana, and opioids impact the teenage brain differently compared to the adult brain. Dr. Jensen will present eye-opening, new information regarding the impact of addictive substances on the teenage brain. Learn from Dr. Jensen how to educate your child about the dangers and long-term effects of addictive substance abuse.
