How to register:

1. Tear out registration and liability forms (last 3 pages in this catalog). Make sure to use 1 set of forms for each student you are registering – you may photocopy the forms if you are registering more than one child.
2. Complete the student information on page 1 of the registration form.
3. For page 2 of the registration form, choose the weeks that you would like to have your child attend. For each of those weeks, fill in the course names at their appropriate starting time. Please check each course description in the catalog to make sure that the course is offered during the week for which you would like to register (not all courses are offered every week).
4. Complete the liability form.
5. Send the completed registration and liability forms (3 pages) and a $100 non-refundable deposit check made out to The Episcopal Academy to:
