Hi, I'm Christine! Erm...I'm a Libra (born October 3rd!) and I currently completely clueless as to how to insert my picture. Except by the time you see this, it's probably already there. Anyway, I'm the clueless and hyperactive one of the bunch (I'm also culturally deficient b/c it took me a while to figure out what a milkshake was and who Terrell Owens was) so I'm usually laughing randomly at some random thought that's only occuring to me.

Anyway, I'm a complete gamer (you can leave me in a room for a year as long as it's comfortable, I won't die in it from starvation, dehydration or any other cause, and there's a playstation, Nintendo DS, a Gamecube, respective memory chips, Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires, Dynasty Warriors 5, Gamefaqs, Pokemon Emerald, Dynasty Warriors 4, Dynasty Warriors 4 Empires, Romance of the Three Kingdoms VIII, IX, and X, and other games. I swear I won't get bored and/or bother anyone b/c I'll be completely happy.) and I'm a bit of a bookworm/nerd. I love reading mystery, adventure, and fantasy (I'm currently rereading "The Da Vinci Code" and, by the way, there aren't underlines in this thing or if there are, I haven't figured out how to use it yet, so yes, this is "The Da Vinci Code" by Dan Brown).

I'm also a musician of some sort, b/c I play the piano, clarinet, and oboe (albeit very badly since I just started last year). I'm more serious about the piano than anything else (I've played int he Kimmel Center at least 3-4 times, I've won a few competitions, I've earned High Honors in the Spring Festival at Temple University every time I entered, and am currently attempting to win the right to play at Carnegie Hall. Note the "attempting". Yeah...), but I absolutely hate practicing. I'll do it, but I'll hate it. Playing piano is cool, though, except my parents and I usually consider me no good at it since I get really nervous when I perform and usually mess up (no one ELSE does this!!!!!! *wailing*)

Anyway, that was my interests, I guess...btw, my fave school subject? Umm....well, it would be Chemistry if I were taking it now, but since finals are coming up, you can guess my opinion of school right now (blah, ploop, yucky) Erm...I'm in the school band so that's cool (I'm a sorta band geek...).

Oh, btw, I'm TAIWANESE not CHINESE. I know, I know, people really get annoyed when I harp on that, but seriously, I'm a huge supporter of the Nationalist Party and we are SO a different country than the PEOPLE'S Republic of China. Hey, I bet you didn't know that mainland China is actually the People's Republic of China and that the REAL China is Taiwan! Yep, Taiwan is officially known as the Republic of China b/c that's the Nationalist Party (aka the good guys who were forced off the mainland by Mao Zedong. Btw, Mao Zedong is the name that has the most different spellings! I think it's got like 74 different correct spellings...)

Moving on, I'm also a complete feminist and slightly violent. I just have an interest in weapons (btw, I mentioned that I liked Dynasty Warriors in my interests, right? Well, if I didn't, I'm absolutely in LOVE with Dynasty Warriors and the Three Kingdom time period. My favorite character in DW is Xiao Qiao, both for her fighting style and for her personality, probably b/c my personality is a lot like hers, and her C4 covers 360 degrees if you know how to use it. Plus, she can FLY. I love rubbing that in b/c only Pang Tong, Ma Chao, and Xiao Qiao can fly, and my friends don't usually play Pang Tong or Ma Chao) and Chinese fans. Weapons b/c I like them and it scares people who annoy me. Chinese fans because Xiao uses them, I know how to dance with them, I can draw them, I can make them, I could theoretically fight with them if they were real weapons, I know how to snap them open with a loud crack, and they're small, portable, and a wonderful way to keep cool in Florida.

MOVING ON (because, really, I can go on and on about how I love Dynasty Warriors, am a complete feminist, bookworm, violent person, but I really don't want to right now), I think I'd better leave a summary:

Obsessions: DW, Video Games, Chinese fans, weapons, books (Da Vinci Code and Eragon!!!!), China in general, Three Kingdom Period during China (Aka, Age of Disunity. I'm very pro-Wu, btw), Pirates of the Caribbean, Narnia, fanfictions, etc.

Age: Currently 14, thank you very much (today is May 12, 2006, so you do the math; when was I born?)

Height: 5'1". Don't say ANYTHING. I do NOT have dwarfism! I SWEAR!

Ailments: Well...I have flat feet. Does that count? I also have a heart murmur, I think...w/e. It's not like it's going to make me die sooner.

AAAHHH!!! NOOOO!!! I'm running out of SPACE! NO!!!!! NONONONONONONOO!!!!!!!!!! NO! Hey, wait, does this thing extend???? COOOL!!!!!!!!! Ok, ok, ok. Yes, I mentioned I'm hyper, right? Which reminds me:

Personality: Hyper, slightly violent tendancies (not really), my job is to annoy people, and, sometimes, very very depressed. I'm usually quite cheerful though.

Favorites:

Book: Ermm...Probably "Digital Fortress" by Dan Brown

Video Game: Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires and Dynasty Warriors 5

TV Show: N/A. I'm culturally deficient partially b/c I never watch TV. I know, I have no life, but I've seriously tried rectifying this. But I'm just so busy...

Expertise: Playing piano or knowledge about "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu or knowledge about the Age of Disunity/Three Kingdom Period of China

Music: Don't ask. N/A b/c, again, I'm culturally deficient and only listen to Chinese karaokes and not even that often.

Movie: PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN! Of course, it doesn't really have much competition since I haven't seen a lot of movies, but....

Song: Fantasie Impromptu Op. 66 Posthumous in c# minor by Chopin. Oh, you mean modern music? See the MUSIC.

Hobby: Reading/Playing video games/reading fanfiction

Fanfiction category: Oh, gosh there's a lot. Tenten/Neji fics in Naruto; Yuki/Tohru fics in Fruits Basket; Harry/Hermione/Draco either in a triangle or separate in H/Hr and Hr/Dr; Alanna/Jon, Daine/Kaddar, Alanna/Alex, and Alanna/Roger in Tamora Pierce's writing; Lucy/Caspian, and Lucy/Corin in Narnia; May/Brendan, Winona/Wallace, and May/Steven in Pokemon;
