My Name

My name is German it means gracious or graceful. A lot of people make fun of my name. People say it wrong at first, or say what kind of name is that. If my name were a color it would be bright pink because my name stands out. If I could choose any name I would probably pick Ashley because sometimes I just want to have a common name. Some people say when naming a baby the name makes their personality. If I was given the name Ashley I might just be ordinary. My name is different and I have a different kind of personality that most people like. Over the years my name has grown on me. I’ve learned to love my name because some of my biggest role models have names that are far from ordinary like Beyonce and Oprah.
