    Episcopal Academy golf team is off to an impressive start

    The Episcopal Academy varsity boys golf team has opened the 2014 season with a pair of impressive victories, a 191-193 triumph (low score wins) over perennial state power Conestoga at Downingtown Country Club and a win over Upper Dublin and Monsignor Bonner at Gulph Mills Golf Club. In the three-team match, EA finished with a 244 team score to Upper Dublin’s 246 and Bonner’s 275. To read more about EA's impressive start to the 2014 season, click more.

    EA’s boys varsity soccer team is off to 3-0 start in Charlotte

    The Episcopal Academy boys varsity soccer team has embarked on a late-August preseason trip to Charlotte, N.C. The trip—which will run from Aug. 23 through Aug. 29—is allowing the Churchmen to bond, to practice, and to play against quality high school soccer programs in Providence Day School, Charlotte Country Day School, Cuthbertson High School, and Charlotte Latin.     Ryan Whayland ’14 ranked the fifth-best QB in Southeastern Pa.

    The Philadelphia Inquirer ranked the top quarterbacks in the area, and Episcopal’s record-setting Ryan Whayland is rated the fifth-best signal-caller in Southeastern Pa. Whayland and the Churchmen open up the 2014 season this weekend vs. Neumann-Goretti in Wildwood, N.J. The game will be played at Maxwell Field, 4000 Park Blvd, Wildwood, N.J. 08260.
