    John Russell named Episcopal Academy’s new boys’ squash coach

    Erika Acuff Erndl ’96 profiled in August issue of Main Line Today

    Erika Acuff Erndl ’96 was a six-time prep all-America swimmer at The Episcopal Academy. She still holds six University of North Carolina long-course records, and she competed in four Olympic Trials. Though she’s now 36, Erndl remains on the U.S. national team and is profiled in the August 2014 issue of Main Line Today magazine. To read the story, click more.

    Chris McNeal ’14 appreciates Inter-Ac trailblazers

    The Philadelphia Daily News is profiling Philly pioneers like Gerald Howard, the first African-American basketball player in Chestnut Hill Academy history to be chosen first-team All-Inter-Ac. Chris McNeal, an all-league hoops player who attended EA from kindergarten on and will attend Dickinson College next year, is appreciative of Howard and other Inter-Ac pioneers.     Mark Washington ’14 earns first-team All-Main Line baseball honors

    The Main Line Media News released its 2014 All-Main Line baseball and hard-throwing pitcher Mark Washington ’14, who will attend Lehigh University, was a first-team selection. University of Pennsylvania-bound pitcher Russell Rhoads ’14 and junior third baseman Ben Burman earned second-team honors, while sophomores A.J. Lotsis and Alex Burman as well as freshman Kyle Virbitsky earned honorable mention. To read more about the All-Main Line team, click more.

    Taryn Gallagher ’14 earns lacrosse All-American honors

    Taryn Gallager ’14, who will play lacrosse at Yale University next year, was recently named a girls high school All-American in the Philadelphia region by U.S. Lacrosse. Gallagher led Episcopal in assists (18) and draw controls (39) this season, and was second on the team in goals scored (31). To read more about Taryn, click more.
