    Episcopal’s 4x100 Middle School relay team makes history

    When Sam Wilson, the anchor leg runner on Episcopal’s Middle School 4x100 team, crossed the finish line first on April 9 at Roxborough High School, it was difficult to tell who was more excited—Wilson himself or the Middle School coaches. The win means that Episcopal will have a Middle School team competing in the Penn Relays, one of track and field’s most storied annual events, for the first time ever.     Woody Nimoityn ’15 is the Main Line Student of the Week

    A senior, Woody Nimoityn is an Esse Quam Videri member, Student Council Secretary, class officer, captain of the EA boys’ tennis team, and plays saxophone in the school’s jazz ensemble. He won both the Bryn Mawr College Award in Spanish and the Connecticut College Book Prize, at EA’s Honors Chapel earlier this year. Nimoityn will be headed to Tufts University in the fall.     EA girls hoops’ entire starting five earns All-Main Line honors

    The Main Line Times unveiled its 2015 All-Main Line girls basketball team, and Episcopal Academy’s 5-foot-10 senior wing Maria Kilcullen, a Loyola (Md.) signee, was a first-team selection. Three other starters from EA’s 18-7 squad—junior guard Dylan Higgins, sophomore forward Elodie Furey, and senior guard Meghan Pickell—were second-team selections, while junior point guard Margaux Paolino was chosen honorable mention All-Main Line.     EA crew performs well at Fourth Manny Flick

    On a sun-soaked Sunday down by the Schuylkill River, the Episcopal Academy crew team turned in some impressive performances at the Fourth Manny Flick/Horvat Regatta on April 12. Episcopal entered nine boats over the weekend, and earned four first places, four second-place finishes, and one third-place finish. To read more about EA's success, click more.

    Jack Freese ’11 is training for Boston Marathon

    Episcopal Academy graduate Jack Freese '11 and his Harvard University roommate Andrew Crown (pictured) will run for Team Red Cross in the Boston Marathon.
