EA helped me become the teacher I am today in so many ways. First and foremost, I have great respect for the teachers who inspired me as a student. EA has also supported me as I received my Masters in Education, and has continued to support me as I now pursue my second Masters in International Relations.

The Episcopal Academy, located in Newtown Square, PA, offers college preparatory education for more than 1,200 boys and girls from PK-12th Grade in three units: Lower, Middle and Upper schools.
More than 70 percent of Episcopal's 194 faculty members hold advanced degrees and 95 have served the Academy for ten years or more. Our “Mind, Body, Spirit" approach to educating children offers faculty the opportunity to serve as teachers, coaches and advisors and to develop meaningful, lasting relationships with students and with the entire school community.
Episcopal is committed to being a diverse community and is working towards becoming more diverse. Currently we have 17% faculty of color and 24% students of color. Episcopal also values socioeconomic and religious diversity and while we are an Episcopal School, we have many different faiths represented in both the faculty and student body.
The Episcopal Academy does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability and familial affiliation or any other characteristic protected by law.
