  • Inter-Ac Art Show at Baldwin

    The Baldwin School is the host of this year’s Inter-Ac Art Show. In addition to Baldwin, participating schools include Episcopal Academy, Shipley, Agnes Irwin, The Haverford School, and Friends Central. This exhibit offers our many talented Upper School students the opportunity exhibit in all visual art mediums, such as drawing, painting, wood-working, digital design, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and jewelry. The artwork is available for viewing at Baldwin through March 20th. Stop by and take a look!

  • Arts on the Move

    Join us on February 9th for our annual celebration of students' award winning work in Art, Music and Dance. The night starts off at 6:00 PM in the Crawford Campus Center's Gallery with an Artist Reception. Then we are off to the Mainstage Theater to enjoy the outstanding music of the Dora Khayatt student winners followed by our Episcopal Academy Dance Company presenting their dance concert, The Alternative. Curtain at 7:00 PM.

    The Episcopal Academy, together with Episcopal alum Peter Hay Halpert '76, will present a juried student cell phone exhibit entitled "Never Meant to Last" from November 2 through December 15, 2011 in the Crawford Campus Center gallery. The Opening Reception will take place on Wednesday, November 2nd from 5:30-7:30pm in the Crawford Campus Center Gallery.

    EAPA Art Edge presents “Find:Inspire:Create,” a group show featuring artists Carol Cole, Ellen Benson, Linda Lou Horn, Ann Keech, John Lindsey, Leslie Matthews, Leo Sewell, and Rebecca Pulver from September 7th through September 28th. An opening reception will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2011 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the Crawford Campus Center Gallery. All are welcome.

    The Mordechai Anielewicz Creative Arts Competition, now in its 35th year, provides students in grades 7-12 of all religious and ethnic backgrounds with an opportunity to respond to the Holocaust and its related issues through creative expression. This year, we are proud to announce that several students, in the 7th and 8th grade category won major prizes.
