Personal Training

Personal Training will be constructed to meet the individual goals of the client, whether it is weight loss, weight gain, improved muscular coordination (strength), or alleviating nagging injuries. Clients will be trained with methods similar to those used in training elite athletes. This will help clients achieve strength and other fitness goals that they may have considered beyond their reach. Steve specializes in weight loss and training for sport for people of all ages.

Spartan Strength and Conditioning LLC

Steve is a strength and conditioning coach with extensive experience in a variety of settings. Steve has worked as a consultant to various collegiate coaches at the Division II level, trained professional athletes, and has worked with a myriad of middle and high school-aged athletes. He previously served as a part-time Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Philadelphia Eagles from 2007-2008.

Steve holds a Masters of Science in Exercise and Sport Physiology from West Chester University and a B.S. degree in Health Behavior Management with a concentration in Sports Management and a minor in Business Fundamentals from the University of Delaware. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Certified Sports Performance Coach through the United States Olympic Weightlifting Committee (USAW).
